Which field are your products applied to? > Our products are widely used into the industry, such as steering system of automotive, pipe in the hydraulic system, tempreture or Oxyzen sensor boss in EGR system, mounting base in the rail mounting system and so on.
If l have a product wants to be made in other special material, can you do it? > Yes, but this is main for casting parts, as we can compose the chemical composition when melting the metal in the furnace, then it has differen machenical performance whtch can meet customer requirement.
Do you have after-sale service? > Yes, we have reliable after-sale service for our customer, we know that a good after-sale service is the key to get more market and longship relationship with customer, so our quality and sales team need response customer complaince and craest 8D report in reasonalble timing, sometimes Fishbone analysis is needed for fully evaluation.
What about the lead time for mass production? > "Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the manufacturing process,for example.
1: Casting and machining parts, its about 25-50days, it depends on the whole manufcaturing process, sometimes , it need surface treatment for heat treatment to meet the relatively properties.
2: Only CNC machining parts, normally about 15-20days for first batch.

What's your MOQ?> If we have the products in stock, then MOQ is not effect too much, and unit price maight be the key factors for both party. If customzied parts, we can discuss MOQ case by case, but anyway the most importance is fully communication with customer and satisfy for them.
