Product Overview
Pump housings enclose the impeller and volute, so casting quality directly determines flow efficiency, pressure containment, and vibration behavior in service. We produce carbon steel pump housings cast parts using investment casting for smaller, geometrically complex bodies and water glass casting for larger housings, followed by precision CNC machining of the bore, flange faces, and mounting points. This combination gives you internal soundness with no porosity at pressure-critical wall sections, along with the tight tolerances a pump assembly needs at the seal, bearing, and flange interfaces.

Figures above reflect our general casting and machining capability range. Exact parameters for your housing are confirmed against your drawing and pressure rating during engineering review.
Manufactured According to Customer Drawings
All carbon steel pump housing castings are produced strictly to your engineering data. We accept STEP, IGS, and PDF/2D drawing formats and hold ±0.2mm as our standard casting tolerance, with tighter tolerances on machined bores and sealing faces. If you have only a sample housing and no drawing, our engineers can reverse-engineer it into a CAD model before tooling begins.

Typical Materials
Grade selection depends on the pumped medium, pressure rating, and operating temperature:
- Carbon steel: WCB, WCC, 20#, 45#
- Alloy steel: 42CrMo
- Stainless steel: 304, 316, 316L, CF8M
- Aluminum alloy: A356
WCB is the standard grade for general water and moderate-pressure service; 316/316L or CF8M are used where the pumped fluid is corrosive; alloy steel suits higher-pressure or higher-temperature duty. Our engineers can recommend a grade based on your fluid, pressure, and temperature data.
