Product Advantages
Due to the exacting tolerances and curved product geometry, the castings can be assembled directly without additional machining, leading to substantial cost reductions. The surface finish of the castings is crucial as it ensures seamless clamping of pipes along the entire surface. To enhance wear resistance, the castings undergo heat treatment (case-hardening) to maintain durability during operation.
