Manufacturing & Quality Control

Production Workflow: Wax pattern injection → ceramic shell building → vacuum investment casting → 5-axis CNC machining → pickling/passivation (ASTM A380) → CMM dimensional inspection → hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5× nominal pressure.
